User Profile Management Page

The user profile management page allows users to manage their profile with us. Currently, users can manage information related to their:

• Billing Address

• Emergency Contact

• Communication preferences

Contact Info Page

The contact info page allows end users to modify their communication preferences. They can edit their contact language and phone numbers.

How to modify my contact information

1. Click on Edit My Contact Info

2. Make necessary change to phone number, and contact language (you must have at least one phone number on profile)

3. Click Save

Billing Address Page

The billing addres page allows end users to modify their billing address stored on record.

How to modify my billing address

1. Click on the button that says Edit Billing Address. If you do not have a billing address on record yet, click Create one now

2. Fill in the address form

3. Click Save

Emergency Contact Page

The emergency contact page allows end users to modify their emergency contact preferences.

How to modify my contact information

1. Click on Edit My Contact Info

2. Modify the name, phone number, and email (optional)

3. Click Save
