Page 1: Settings

Equpiment Availability

  • User must select the “Equipment Availability” panel to advance to the main equipment availability page

Top Navigation Bar

  • Year

    • 2019

Left Navigation Bar The left navigation bar allows you to jump to various portions of the app.

Filter Bar The filter bar allows you to filter through the desired information in the panels

Expand All Shows all of the equipment and their owners.

Collapse All Collapses all of the equipment and their owners

Create Equipment Availability Allows to create new equipment availability. This will take the user to the “Create Equipment Availability” page.

Panel Left Side

  • Search bar * Allows user to filter through the equipment

  • Toggle Expansion * Allows user to expand and view all the equipment in the right panel

  • Edit * Takes user to the create equipment avaliablity

  • Label

  • Dates

  • Weekdays

  • Teams

  • Regions

Excepetions

  • Start Date

    • In YYYY-MM-DD format

  • End Date

    • In YYYY-MM-DD format

  • Start Time

    • In HH:MM format

  • End Time

    • In HH:MM format

  • Weekdays

    • Monday

    • Tuesday

    • Wednesday

    • Thursday

    • Friday

    • Saturday

    • Sunday

Save: Saves user input, collapses the exceptions tab and displays the users input

Cancel: Exits the exceptions and does not save user input

Panel Right Side

Displays the selected avaliable equipment.

Each individual panel includes:

  • ID number

  • Brand

  • Model

  • Year purchased

  • Status

    • Working

    • Broken

    • Missing

    • Disposed

Edit: This option takes the user to the “Select Equipments” page.

Page 4: Select Equipments

Filter Bar: Allows user to search for a specific equipment.

Equipment

Select All: This will select all the avaliable devices of that specfic equipment

Individual Selection: Allows user to choose a specific device

Save: Will add the selected devices to the main equipment availability list.

Cancel: Will take the user back to the main equipment availability list without saving any information.
