Left Navigation Bar The left navigation bar allows you to jump to various portions of the app.
Top Navigation Bar The top navigation bar allows you to jump to various portions of the participant tab.
Filter Bar The filter bar allows you to filter the names of various participants.
Schedule Bar This allows you to filter through the various groups/schedules for the specific team that is chosen. We can filter schedules by:
Fiscal Year
Program Type
Location & Region
Program
Collections
Instructors The filter bar also has two main buttons that have specific functions in the app.
Show Hidden The side filter bar also allows you to show hidden schedules.
Auto-Select Instructor This allows an instructor to auto-filter for the schedule they have been assigned to.
List of Participants The list of participants includes a list of names in cards. These cards include the following information:
First name, Last Name
Program: Program of the assigned schedule
Instructor: Instructor assigned to the schedule
Sign Out Button This button allows you to sign out participants by clicking it. The button will allow you to open up the sign out modal.
Translation This button will take you to what is documented below as “page 4”.
Page 2: Codeword Modal
This panel should include the participants name and if they are able or unable to sign out alone.
Password Bar The user will input the code previously created to sign out participants.
Confirm This button will confirm the password is correct and sign out the participant
Close This button will take the user back to the main sign out page
Page 3: Confirmation
The confimation panel will tell the user who the have sucessfully signed out.
Close
This button will close the confirmation panel and bring the user back to the main sign out page.
Page 4: English/Français Translation
This button will allow you to chose the language of your outstem
English or Français
The language option chosen will take you to the first page after login, in that selected language.
