Creating your OutStem Account

How to create your OutStem account.

Accounts are shared on both applications, meaning that creating an account on either application creates an account for both, and you can log into both applications with the same credentials.

Creating an account for customers

Steps:

1. Navigate to the forms home page.

2. Click on the Sign In button in the top right corner.

3. Enter your email address and click Get Started.

4. If your email is not registered, you will be redirected to create an account.

5. Confirm your email and enter your First Name, Last Name, and Password.

6. Click Sign Up.

Creating an account for staff

Steps:

1. Navigate to the apps login page.

2. Click Create a New Account.

3. Enter your Name, Email, Password, Gender (optional), and Date of Birth.

4. Click Create Account.
