Resetting your password for customers

Steps:

1. From the forms login page, enter your email address and click Get Started.

2. Click on Forgot Password.

3. You're sent an email with a 6 digit verification code. Input this code in the Verification Code field.

4. Enter your new password in the New Password field, and confirm the password in the Confirm New Password field.

5. Click Reset Password.

6. You should be redirected to the forms login page. Log in with your new password.

Resetting your password for staff

Steps:

1. From the apps login page, click I Forgot My Password.

2. Enter your login email and click Get Verification Code.

3. You're sent an email with a 6 digit verification code. Input this code in the Verification Code field.

4. Enter your new password in the New Password field, and confirm the password in the Confirm Password field.

5. Click Change Password.

6. Go back to the apps login page and log in with your new password.
