Managing participant surveys and survey results on the instructor user end

Viewing participant surveys

Steps:

  1. From the sign in home page, click on the Surveys icon.

    1. Adjust your filter settings to locate the surveys you want to view.

      • If you have more than one collection of surveys assigned to you, click on each of the collection of surveys.

  2. After filtering participant surveys, a list view of each participant or student in that program for that specific instructor will appear in chronological order organized into two categories: Complete surveys and Incomplete surveys.

Completing a participant survey

Steps:

  1. After viewing participant surveys, select a participant from the list of student names assigned to your section.

  2. As questions for the survey assigned to that participant appear in chronological order, assist the selected participant in completing the survey.

  3. Select Submit once you have completed the last question.

The participant survey is successfully complete and survey status will be updated as a completed survey.

Editing a participant survey

Steps:

  1. After viewing participant surveys, select a participant from the list of student names under the Complete surveys section.

  2. The originally answered questions and the selected responses will appear in chronological order. Go through the order of survey questions and select new responses if the participant wants to change previous feedback.

  3. Select Submit once you have finished editing the participants responses.

How to view survey results

Steps:

  1. In the sign in home page, click on the Surveys icon.

  2. Select the date you want to view survey results for through the filter settings.

  3. To view results of completed surveys, navigate to the Survey Results tab.

  4. Select the survey group you wish to view results for.

Each survey question assigned and completed by participants will be visible along with result polls.
