As the primary method of locating information in the Sign in application, the filter bar allows you to filter the information in the application based on various settings.
You can open the filter bar in one of the following ways:
Click on the Filter icon along the right side of the screen.
Alternatively, when there are no results, click the See Filters button in the middle of the screen to open the filter bar.
This is only relevant to the Participants and Session Booking pages.
The filter settings are organized from general to specific settings. When using the filter bar, you would work your way through the filter settings from top to bottom. The following filter settings are available:
Fiscal Year
Program Type
Term
Location & Region
Program
Collections
Instructors
The Show Hidden toggle shows entries that would otherwise have been hidden, such as showing signed in participants on the signed out page as greyed out instead of hiding them.
When the Auto Select Instructor toggle is checked, the filter bar will automatically select you as the instructor when possible.
