How to manage your resources in the Sign in application.

Selecting an activity for a session

Steps:

  1. In the sign in home page, click on Session Booking.

  2. Adjust your filter settings to locate the schedule with the session you want to select an activity for.

    • If you have more than one schedule assigned to you, click on the schedule that you want to go to.

  3. Click on the session you want to select an activity for.

  4. Under the Scheduled activities section, click on the activity you want to select.

    • You may need to click on the Expand More icon to show the full list of activities.

    • If no activities are available for this session, contact your supervisor to fix this issue.

Booking a room for a session

Steps:

  1. In the sign in home page, click on Session Booking.

  2. Adjust your filter settings to locate the schedule with the session you want to book a room for.

    • If you have more than one schedule assigned to you, click on the schedule that you want to go to.

  3. Click on the session you want to book a room for.

  4. Under the Rooms section, click on the rooms you want to select.

    • If no rooms are available for this session, contact your supervisor to fix this issue.

Booking an equipment for a session

Steps:

  1. In the sign in home page, click on Session Booking.

  2. Adjust your filter settings to locate the schedule with the session you want to book an equipment for.

    • If you have more than one schedule assigned to you, click on the schedule that you want to go to.

  3. Click on the session you want to book an equipment for.

  4. Under the Equipment section, click on the equipment you want to select.

    • If no equipment are available for this session, contact your supervisor to fix this issue.

How to view resources being used

Steps:

  1. In the sign in home page, click on Resources.

  2. Select the date you want to view rooms and equipment by clicking the Calendar icon.

3. To view rooms being used, navigate to the Rooms tab and select the Room (example: Homeroom B). To view equipment being used, navigate to the Equipment tab at the top of the screen.

  • Below will be a list view of all staff who are using the room/equipment throughout the day.

  • Alternatively, you may enter the room/equipment name in the Filter here... text box at the top.

Resources are domain wide, so changing the filter bar does not filter the contents of the resources page.
