From the sign in home page, click on Session Booking.
to locate the schedule of the session you want to create a feedback for.
If you have more than one schedule assigned to you, click on the schedule that you want to go to.
Click on the session you want to create a feedback for.
Click View & Add Feedbacks to open the Feedback dialog.
Click Provide Internal Feedback to create a feedback.
Enter the details of the feedback.
The two mandatory fields are the Rating and the Contact.
Additional ratings on the Instructor, Content, and Interest can be optionally provided.
You can optionally provide Feedback, Improvements, and Upload Pictures to the feedback.
For photos that should not show up in the public photos page on the client facing forms, uncheck the Public checkmark under the photo.
Click Submit to finish creating the feedback or alternatively, select Go to feedback browser
If you have more than one schedule assigned to you, click on the schedule that you want to go to.
Click on the session with the feedback you want to edit.
Click View & Add Feedback to open the Feedback dialog.
You can now edit any of the existing fields in the feedback.
Once you are done your edits, click Submit to save the changes to the feedback.

Beside the feedback you wish to edit, click on the Edit icon.
