Managing explore group functionality

Adding a new explore group

Steps:

1. From the home page under Every Activity, press the Explore Groups icon on the left side bar.

2. Select the Add icon to create a new explore group.

3. Enter the details to finish creating a new explore group:

   • The mandatory fields are the Title (English), Title (French) and Colour.

     • You must assign a colour to the explore group to easily identify it by clicking Select your colour.

4. Click Save to finish creating and saving the new explore group changes.

   • Alternatively, you may select Cancel to disregard the new explore group.

Editing details of an explore group

Steps:

1. From the home page under Every Activity, press the Explore Groups icon on the left side bar.
2. From the list of explore groups, click on the Ellipsis icon.
3. Select Edit Details.

4. You may now edit any fields including Title (English) and Title (French).

5. Once done, click Save to finish saving the new edits.

   • Alternatively, you may select Cancel to disregard the new edits.

Changing visibility

Steps:

1. Select the icon in the top right corner of the explore group to permit visiblilty of the explore group on public pages.
2. Alternatively, deselect the icon to reverse this action.

Managing activity card actions

Adding activities to an explore group

Steps:

1. To assign existing activities to an explore group, press the Explore Groups icon on the left side bar.
2. From the list of explore groups, click on the Ellipsis icon for the explore group you wish to add activities too.
3. Select Add Activities.

4. Click on the Find activities to add search bar.

5. Enter at least two characters to start searching for activities and select any activities to add.

6. Once done, click Save to finish linking new activities to the existing explore group.

   • Alternatively, you may select Cancel to disregard the changes.

Removing activities from an explore group

Steps:

1. To remove existing activities from an explore group, press the Explore Groups icon on the left side bar.
2. Scroll through the existing explore groups and select the icon beside the activity you wish to remove from your explore group selection.

The activity will now be removed from your explore group selection and these steps may be repeated for other activities.

Visiting activity page

Steps:

1. To visit an activity page from the activities in an explore group, press the Explore Groups icon on the left side bar.
2. Select the activity name on the activity card to be redirected to the home page with the instructions and content for that specific activity.

Featuring an activity

Steps:

1. To set an activity to featured, press the Explore Groups icon on the left side bar.
2. Press the icon in the activity card for the activity you wish to set as featured.

All featured activities will be identifiable by the icon.
