Viewing lists for, assigning staff to, and updating packing activities

Steps:
From the home page under Every Activity, select the Packing Lists icon on the left side bar.
To view a packing list, select the View Activities button under an activity grouped section (ex. Online camps, web seminars, etc).
All activities will appear in a list with materials and tools in there respective quantities visible under each activity title.
Assigning staff to specific packing activities allow the users to login via their OutStem account and view which activities are assigned to and begin packing the correct tools and materials.
Steps:
From the home page under Every Activity, select the Packing Lists icon on the left side bar.
Open a packing list by selecting the View Activities button in a packing list card (ex. Online camps, web seminars, etc).
Press the Pack button to the right side of the activity title you wish to assign staff to.
Click the Select Responsible Staff drop-down menu.
Scroll down the list of staff names to choose or alternatively, type in the name of the staff member.
The responsible staff member will now be assigned to the activity which can be viewed on the list of activities page for that packing list.
Steps:
Open a packing list by selecting the View Activities button in a packing list card (ex. Online camps, web seminars, etc).
Press the Pack button to the right side of the activity title you wish to update the packed status of.
Click the button to increase the packed status by one or alternatively, click the to decrease the packed status by one.
Alternatively, select the button and enter the number of completed packs.
