This page is visible to all staff and instructors with sub-sections of activities set as Win, Fail, New, In Progress, In Review, or Complete as well as a section of packing lists assigned.

Assigned activities

Activities assigned to the staff member will be here as one of the following:

Writer

  • If an activity is assigned to you under 'Writers', you can view the following on the homepage:

    • Activity number and name of activity

    • The current status of the activity as either: New, Win, Fail, In Progress, In Review, Complete

    • Name of writers and reviewers

    • A View Activity Button which enables you to view

Reviewer

  • As a 'Reviewer', the activity is currently placed 'In Review' by the writer and the reviewer is reponsible for ensuring the steps are comprehendable, and ensuring the appropriate images and references are uploaded.

    • The reviewer once complete there review of the activity, either places the activity under 'Win' or 'Fail' for the coordinators to approve as 'Complete' as the final step.

  • If an activity is assigned to you under 'Reviewers', you can view the following on the homepage:

    • Activity number and name of activity

    • The current status of the activity as either: New, Win, Fail, In Progress, In Review, Complete

    • Name of writers and reviewers

    • A View Activity Button which enables you to view

Assigned packing lists

Steps:

  1. Once you have navigated to the home page, you can see by scrolling to the bottom of the page a section called 'Assigned packing lists'.

  2. To view which packing lists are assigned to you the staff member, press View Packing List for each packing list

  3. Press CTRL + F on your keyboard and search your registered OutStem name (ex. First Name, Last Name)

  4. Hit enter.

  5. You can now scroll through all activities assigned to you to pack including a list of tools and materials in the exact quantity required to pack successfully.

  6. Once the correct number of packs are successfully packed with all required MATERIALS, press Pack and set to the number of pack counts to successfully finish the packing for that activity in that specific group.
