Managing progress reports

Navigating to the progress reports page
Steps:
From the home page under Every Activity, select the
Progress Reports icon on the left side bar.
Creating a progress report
Steps:
After Navigating to the progress reports page, select the
icon in the top right corner.
Enter the mandatory fields to create a new progress report including Name and Fiscal Year.
Add a Name to help identify this progress report.
Select a Fiscal Year from the drop down menu. Note: This cannot be changed in the future once a fiscal year is selected.
Select the
button in the bottom right corner to save the progress report.
View reports list and show archived
Steps to view all created progress reports:
After Navigating to the progress reports page, scroll down to the In Progress sub-section and Complete sub-section to view a list of all existing progress reports.
To the right of each progress report, you will see a list of all collections included in that report as well as the number of activities in each collection, if any.
Steps to show all archived progress reports:
After Navigating to the progress reports page, select the check box in the
icon in the top right corner to view all reports including archived progress reports.
Progress pie chart
Steps:
After Navigating to the progress reports page, hover over the pie chart under each section of Progress Reports (ex. In Progress, Complete, etc).
The pie chart exemplifies a model explaining the percentage of activities at each status such as New, In Progress, and Complete.
Viewing Progress Report Collections
Steps:
After Navigating to the progress reports page, click on a collection name under any section of Progress Reports to navigate to all activities in that collection.
The collection will now be visible including all Ungrouped Activities and Curriculum rows.
