Steps:
From the home page under Every Activity, select the Packing Lists icon on the left side bar.
To create a new packing list, select the Create packing list button in the top right corner.
Enter the details of the packing list. The two mandatory fields are the Label and Fiscal Year.
Add a Label to help identify the packing list.
Select a Fiscal Year from the drop down menu.
Select the Proceed button in the bottom right corner.
You have successfully created the packing list! You can add collection and schedules to the packing list now, you can also come back and add them later.
Steps:
All activities will appear in a list with materials and tools in their respective quantities visible under each activity title.

The tools or materials list will now be downloaded and can be viewed.
From the home page under Every Activity, select the Packing Lists icon on the left side bar.
To view a packing list, select the View Activities button under one of the packing list cards (ex. Online camps, web seminars, etc).
From the home page under Every Activity, select the Packing Lists icon on the left side bar.
Scroll down and select the shopping cart icon to the right side of any packing list label you wish to download the list of tools or materials for.
Select the or button to download the list.
