Getting to the configuration page
Steps:
From the home page under Every Activity, select the
Packing Lists icon on the left side bar.
Scroll down to and select
to the right side of any activity group title.
General options
Options:
After following the Getting to the configuration page steps, general options can now be viewed and edited including the following:
Label: Add or edit the label to help identify this packing list.
Additional Capacity: Increase the number of items to pack for all activities. The value is added on top of the existing schedule capacity.
Click the
button in the bottom right corner to save any changes to general options.
To delete the entire packing list, select the red Delete button below the general options. This is labelled as Danger Zone as deleting this packing list will delete all packing information. This action is irreversible.
Schedules and collections
Navigating to the schedule & collections page:
After following the Getting to the configuration page steps, select the Schedule & Collections page tab.
Multiple features of the packing list for the activity group can be edited.
How to add a new collection:
After navigating to the schedule and collections page, to add a new collection: select the Search for collection by collection name search bar to add new collections to the packing list.
How to view and delete a current collection:
After navigating to the schedule and collections page, under Current Collections, a list of all present collections can be viewed.
Select the
button to the right side of any current collection to view the created schedule information including start date and end date.
Select the
button to the right side of any collection and click the Remove Collection button to remove the collection and its schedule from the packing list.
