Viewing and assigning writers and reviewers to activities

Viewing list of activities

Steps:

  1. From the home page under Every Activity, select the Progress Reports icon on the left side bar.

  2. Scroll down and select View Activities button under the pie chart corresponding to the progress report title you wish to view the list of activities for.

The list of activities will now be visible organized by collection name alongside the activity status. To the left side will be the progress report name and the pie chart for each collection organized by activity status and on the right side will be the list of activities along with names of the writer and reviewer for each activity.

Managing writers and reviewers for activities

Steps:

  1. After selecting the Progress Reports icon on the left side bar, select View Activities button under the pie chart corresponding to the progress report title you wish to assign writers and reviewers for.

  2. Scroll down and select the button under the list of activities for the collection you wish to assign writers and reviewers for.

Assigning writers and reviewers to activities

Steps:

  1. After navigating to the assigned writers and reviewers page, select the drop down menu button to the right side of Writers or Reviewers under the activity box you wish to assign this activity to.

  2. Scroll down and choose one or more staff members to assign this activity to.

The activity is now successfully assigned to the staff member as a writer or reviewer. This is visible for the staff as well.

Deleting writers and reviewers from activities

Steps:

  1. After navigating to the assigned writers and reviewers page, select the delete button next to the staff member you wish to unassign from the activity.

The staff member is now unsuccessfully assigned from the activity as a writer or reviewer. This change will be visible for staff as well.
