Managing the configuration settings for progress reports

Getting to the configuration page

Steps:

  1. From the home page under Every Activity, select the Progress Reports icon on the left side bar.

  2. Scroll down and select to the right side of any progress report title.

General options

How to view and edit general options

  • After following the Getting to the configuration page steps, general options can now be viewed and edited including the following:

  • Name: Add or edit the name to help identify this progress report.

    • Click thebutton in the bottom right corner to save any changes to general options.

How to archive a progress report

  • After following the Getting to the configuration page steps, to archive the entire progress report, select the red Archive button below the general options. This will archive this progress report and all information related to it.

How to delete a progress report

  • After following the Getting to the configuration page steps, to delete the entire progress report, select the red Delete button below the general options. This is labelled as Danger Zone as deleting this report will delete all information related to it. This action is irreversible.

Collections

How to add a new collection

  1. After following the Getting to the configuration page steps, select the Collections page tab where multiple features of the progress report can be edited.

  2. To add a new collection, select the Search for collection by collection name search bar to add new collections to the progress report.

How to remove a current collection

  1. After following the Getting to the configuration page steps, select the Collections page tab.

  2. Under Current Collections, a list of all present collections linked to the progress report can be viewed. Select the button to the right side of any current collection to remove the collection and its contents from the progress report.
