How to filter and view feedback

Sorting feedback by order
Steps:
Click Feedback on the left side panel of the open the main activity page.
Select the
drop down arrow beside the Sort Feedback dialogue to open the drop down menu.
Click Date (oldest) to view the feedback first created for the selected activity.
Click Date (newest) to view the most recent feedback created for the selected activity.
Click Rating (highest) to view the feedbacks with the highest overall star ratings.
Ratings have additional optional criteria that may be rated including the following: Instructor Rating, Content Rating, and Interest Rating.
Click Rating (lowest) to view the feedbacks given the lowest overall star ratings.
All feedback provided for the activity will now be sorted in order of the option chosen in the drop down Sort Feedback menu.
Filtering feedback by different categories
Steps:
Click Feedback on the left side panel of the open the main activity page.
Select the
filter icon in the top right corner of the feedback page.
Select the
drop down arrow beside the Filter by dialogue to open the drop down menu.
Scroll through the list of feedback filtering criteria and choose one or more of the following categories: Staff, Registration, Guest, Online, or Imported.
Alternatively, click on the
button to apply all of the cateogires to filter the feedback.
You may choose to select the
button next to the Show all versions dialogue to make all feedback of the same activity (both parent and child versions) visible.
The feedback will now successfuly be visible based on the selected categories.
