How to create and navigate to a prerequisite activity

Creating a prerequisite

Prerequisite activities are listed under Prerequisites on the left side panel of the activity page providing a list of activities that must be completed prior to conducting the present activity.

Steps:

1. Click Prerequisites on the left side panel of the activity page.

2. Click the drop down arrow in the Select a new prerequisite activity search bar.

3. Scroll through the list of all previously created activities and select the activity that must be completed prior to conducting this present activity.

   1. Alternatively, when there are no results, click on the Select a new prerequisite activity search bar and enter at least two characters to start searching for activities.

   2. Alternatively, when there are no results, click on the Select a new prerequisite activity search bar and enter the activity reference code (ex. 9905 - Water Cycle Activity).

4. Select an activity.

The prerequisite will now successfuly be added to the activity. Additional prerequisite activities may be added if required.

Navigating to the prerequisite activity

Steps:

1. Click Prerequisites on the left side panel of the activity page and the activities listed as prerequistites will appear below.

2. Select the activity number to the right side of the activity name to be redirected to the prerequiste activity details page.

Removing a prerequisite

Steps:

1. Click Prerequisites on the left side panel of the open activity page.

2. Select the delete icon next to the prerequisite you wish to be deleted.
3. Click Yes, I am sure in the pop-up dialogue to confirm and permanently delete the prerequisite.

4. Alternatively, you may click Cancel to discard this action as it can not be reverted once deleted.

The prerequisite will now be deleted and no longer appear under Prerequisites for the activity.
