Under Files on the left side panel below the title of the activity, additional files can be linked to the activity to allow staff to access tutorials or print out files required for activity completion.
Steps:
After, click Files on the left side panel.
Click the Upload File button in the top left corner.
Select the file to be uploaded under this activity from your desktop.
Click the Upload button.
The file will now be linked to the activity.
Steps:
Click Files on the left side panel of the activity page.
Type in the new file name (ex. Biodiversity and Aquatic Animals Word Search).
Once you are done your edits, click Save to save the file name changes to the activity.
Steps:
Click Files on the left side panel of the activity page.
Click Yes, I am sure in the pop-up dialogue to confirm and permanently delete the file.
Alternatively, you may click Cancel to discard this action as it can not be reverted once deleted.
The file will now be deleted and no longer appear under Files for the activity.
Steps:
Click Images on the left side panel of the activity page.
Click the Upload Image button in the top left corner.
Select the image to be uploaded under this activity from your desktop. Only .gif, .svg, .png, and .jpg image types will be uploaded successfully.
The image will now be linked to the activity and appear under Images.
Setting a canvas enables one image to be the home page image of the activity that will be viewed initally everytime the activity is accessed. Only one image can be set as a canvas for each activity.
Steps:
Click Images on the left side panel of the activity page.
Select Make Canvas from any of the uploaded images to set as Canvas. It may take a moment before your new canvas image appears under Canvas. Only .gif, .svg, .png, and .jpg image types will be successfully set as a canvas.
The selected image will now be set as the canvas and be the first to appear when the activity is opened each time.
Steps:
Click Images on the left side panel of the activity page.
Click Yes, I am sure in the pop-up dialogue to confirm and permanently remove the image.
Alternatively, you may click Cancel to discard this action as it can not be reverted once removed.
The image will now be removed and no longer appear under Images for the activity.
Select the editing icon next to the added file.
Select the delete icon next to the file you wish to be deleted.
Select the delete icon below the image you wish to be removed.
