How to manage the incidents of a given participant.

Navigating to the incidents page of a participant
Steps:
From the sign in home page, click on
Participants.
Click on Information in the navigation bar to navigate to the information section.
Adjust your filter settings to find the participant you want to get the incidents for.
Click on the Incidents button under the information of the participant.
The incident(s) for the selected participant will now be visible.
Creating an incident
Steps:
Click on Add incident.
Enter the Date & Time of the incident.
Select the Severity of the incident: Minor or Major.
Enter the Precedent, Incident, and Resolution of the incident.
These fields are optional.
Click on Save to create the new incident or alternatively, select Cancel to disregard the incident report.
Editing an incident
Steps:
Click on the
Ellipsis icon beside the incident you want to edit.
Click on Edit in the dropdown.
You can now edit the Date & Time, Severity, Precedent, Incident, and Resolution of the incident.
Click on Save to save the edits to the incident or alternatively, select Cancel to disregard the new edits.
Acknowledging an incident
Steps:
Click on the
Ellipsis icon beside the incident you want to acknowledge.
Click on Acknowledge in the dropdown after ensuring the trusted guardian(s) has reviewed and acknowledged each incident for that participant.
The incident should now be approved, and will be moved to the Approved section of the incidents page of the participant.
